New Patient Registration

Our Practice Area is a 10 mile radius of Larne

The practice accepts patients from within this practice area.

If you wish to register please call at reception. You may be asked to provide photographic ID as per BSO requirement. Staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. We will ask you to complete a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whist we wait on your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
